Booking Policies:
The cancellation charge can increase to 100% once the 5th Lake adventure team confirms your reservation.
We may modify your itinerary for a fee.
Travelers can purchase travel insurance to ensure safety and security.
For our package vacations, we provide complete financial security.
To buy a tour package, you must be 18 years old or more. We can only deal with the leader if you are traveling in a group. We will not entertain individual enquiry.
To confirm your booking you should pay 10% of the total amount to 5th lake adventure team. To secure your reservation, you must pay 10% of the total sum to the 5th Lake Adventure Team.

In case of cancellation:
If you want to change your travel plan, you must pay an extra fee of $40 to the 5th Lake Adventure Team.
We have the right to cancel the booking if we encounter unavoidable circumstances. We will refund you the applicable amount.
Your passport, visa and other travel documents are your responsibility. So maintaining its validity should be your concern.
5th lake adventure team will assist you to find alternatives to your holiday package.
We have the right to refuse your booking if any misbehavior occurs to the 5th lake adventure team.
We ensure you that your personal details are safe with us.
COVID-19 REFUND:
- We offer to waive our normal cancellation charges and include a cash refund if you cancel between 1 and 21 days prior to departure for a COVID-19 reason if you cancel in compliance with these conditions.
- You can first consult with your travel insurance company to see if COVID-19-related problems are covered by your policy and if your case qualifies you for a claim.
