On your trek, you cannot carry a lot of clothes so carry quickly drying t-shirts and towels which can be washed and sun dried in a short time frame. You may have to get up and hike before dawn so do carry a torch light to find your way. You should always be hydrated, so carry a water bottle to accompany with you throughout the trek.

HOW TO DEAL WITH AN EMERGENCY SITUATION?
If by any mischief or an accident occurs, then our skilled team will immediately inform the rescue team to perform the rescue operation. Generally, laison officer acts as a middleman to contact the Mountain Rescue Team.
A helicopter can be chartered to transport you to a hospital if you are severely ill. Otherwise, the porter may transport you to remote Himalayan health posts and camps. But, before that you will be given proper first-aid to prevent any sort of complications.
Make sure you walk carefully and consciously in the remote Himalayan belt. Please be well educated about how to get yourself out of a difficult situation. Make sure you do not walk alone always be accompanied by your fellow trekking team members. Wear bright colored clothes to make yourself visible from a distant location. Take care of yourself and other team members when you are trekking.
